Custom software built around your business.

When spreadsheets and disconnected tools slow the work down, a focused application can make a real difference. We build custom software for Canadian businesses with specific operational problems to solve.

Discuss your project

Start with the workflow that needs to work better.

The right system begins with a close look at the work: who enters information, who needs it next, and where errors or delays occur. We use that understanding to define a useful first version and the integrations it needs.

Some projects need a new application. Others need an existing tool connected or a repetitive process automated. We help you choose the appropriate approach, then deliver working software in stages so the people using it can shape the details.

What we can help with

We agree on the deliverables and priorities before the work begins.

Estimating and quoting tools

Bring pricing rules, job details, and quote generation into a consistent workflow, with access to the information your team uses to prepare an estimate.

Client and team portals

Give the right people access to project status, documents, approvals, and conversations, with permissions defined around their roles.

Booking and integrations

Connect scheduling, calendars, customer records, and other systems where their APIs and capabilities support the workflow.

Workflow automation

Reduce repeated data entry, manual notifications, and report preparation. Include useful error handling so a failed step can be found and resolved.

How we work

01

Map the workflow

Talk with the people doing the work and identify the bottleneck, inputs, and desired outcome.

02

Define a first release

Agree on scope, integrations, data access, and the acceptance criteria for a useful first version.

03

Build in stages

Review working features together and test real scenarios as the application takes shape.

04

Launch and support

Plan deployment, documentation, training, and ongoing maintenance around your team's needs.

Common questions

How do we know whether to build or buy?

Start with the requirements that existing products cannot meet. If an available tool fits well, configuration or an integration may be enough. Custom development makes sense when an important workflow needs behaviour you cannot reasonably get from those tools.

Can you connect the software we already use?

Often, yes. We review the systems, API access, data formats, and account permissions before promising an integration. Where access is limited, we explain the tradeoffs and available alternatives during scoping.

What happens after the first release?

The handover and support arrangements are agreed in the project scope. We can continue with fixes, monitoring, and improvements, or document the application for an existing technical team. New features are prioritized against how the first release performs in everyday use.
