Fairview Software is based in Calgary, Alberta. This policy describes how we handle personal information through fairviewsoftware.com and its contact and support forms. Services you visit through external links, including Mainmark, have their own privacy policies.

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. Our support form also asks for the relevant product or service, priority, and subject; your company name is optional. We use these details to understand your request, reply to you, and keep relevant correspondence about your project or support needs.
Please do not include passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information in these forms. If we need further information, we can discuss an appropriate way to share it.
Website operation and preferences
Our website runs on Cloudflare. Technical information, such as IP addresses, request details, and error logs, may be processed to deliver the site, protect it from abuse, and investigate problems.
When you choose light or dark mode, the website saves that preference in your browser’s local storage. You can remove it by clearing this website’s stored browser data.
Our website enquiry page uses Google Analytics to measure visits and enquiries from our advertising. Google may set cookies and collect information such as your device, browser, approximate location, and the pages you view. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt out browser add on .
Service providers and external links
We use Cloudflare for hosting, Resend to deliver messages submitted through our forms to our business inbox, and Google Analytics to measure visits to our website enquiry page. These providers process information as part of providing those services.

We do not currently use a fixed retention schedule for enquiries, support correspondence, or client records. You can ask us to review or delete information relating to you. Some records may need to be retained to meet contractual or legal obligations.
