How we work
A clear path from conversation to delivery.
You should be able to follow the work, understand the decisions, and know what happens next. Our process creates room for useful questions and careful execution.
-
Step 01
Start with the business.
We begin with a conversation about what you want to improve and why it matters. Understanding your customers, current tools, and day-to-day work gives the project a useful direction.
Bring the questions, frustrations, and examples you already have. We help turn them into priorities and identify what needs a closer look before a solution is proposed.
What this gives you
A shared understanding of the problem, the people it affects, and the outcome worth working towards.
-
Step 02
Define the right scope.
We translate those priorities into a practical proposal. It sets out the work to be delivered, the responsibilities on each side, the budget, and the assumptions behind the plan.
This is where we discuss the tradeoffs: which features belong in the first release, what can use an existing tool, and what ongoing work may be needed. Important uncertainties are explored before they become commitments.
What this gives you
An agreed scope and a clear basis for making decisions as the project progresses.
-
Step 03
Build, review, and refine.
Work progresses through reviewable stages. Depending on the project, that may mean page designs, a working application, an integration, or a set of technical recommendations.
We use real scenarios to check the details together. Feedback stays connected to the agreed goals, and any changes to scope are discussed with their effect on cost and delivery made clear.
What this gives you
Visible progress, timely feedback, and decisions grounded in how the work will be used.
-
Step 04
Prepare for everyday use.
Before launch, we check the important journeys and complete the agreed testing. The handover explains how the result works and what your business needs to operate or maintain it.
Support and future improvements are discussed as part of the scope. That may mean continued work with Fairview or a documented handover to the people who will look after the system.
What this gives you
A considered transition into use, with responsibilities and next steps understood.
The process follows the work.
A website build, a consulting review, and an ongoing marketing engagement each need a different rhythm. We agree on the deliverables, review points, and measures that fit the work you are asking us to do.
